• Club position and activity role information:  Club name, officer or responsibility title, roles played in event planning;
• Correspondence information:  records of emails you create and send from, or receive within, AlumClubs, but NOT any emails created or received by or within your personal email accounts;
• Analytical information:  log-in times and Club associations;

How we collect personal information about you

We collect information about you only by storing information you enter into AlumClubs or others enter about you, as by updating your contact information or sending you email generated within AlumClubs. We do not collect any information about you otherwise.

How we use your personal information

We use your personal information for a number of legitimate purposes, exclusively in support of the function of AlumClubs in aiding event planning and coordination of event planning among university alumni clubs:

• To identify you as a member of a university alumni club;
• To identify the roles you play in that club's event planning activities;
• To identify you as the source of information about events;
• To identify you as the sender or reciever of emails generated within AlumClubs.

When we share your personal information

We do not share your personal information with any other organization, period. We only make your information available to others who are logged into AlumClubs and seek to identify the source of event descriptions or emails created within AlumClubs or to contact you via phone or email/

How your information is stored and secured

AlumClubs stores your information on computer servers which are behind a firewall and located in a secure location. All ineractions between users' browsers and the AlumClubs website are conducted with the https secure communication protocol.

How long we keep your personal information

Your information remains on our servers until you or another member of your club or the AlumClubs administrator delete it. You may delete your information at any time my logging in and deleting your registration record.

Rights for Individuals in the European Economic Area

You have the right in certain circumstances to (1) access your personal information; (2) to correct or erase information; (3) restrict processing; and (4) object to communications, direct marketing, or profiling. To the extent applicable, the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation provides further information about your rights. You also have the right to lodge complaints with your national or regional data protection authority.

If you are inclined to exercise these rights, we request an opportunity to discuss with you any concerns you may have. To protect the personal information we hold, we may also request further information to verify your identify when exercising these rights. Upon a request to erase information, we will maintain a core set of personal data to ensure we do not contact you inadvertently in the future.

If you provide information directly into the AlumClubs website from the European Economic Area (EEA), you consent to the transfer of your personal information outside of the EEA to the United States. You understand that the current laws and regulations of the United States may not provide the same level of protection as the data and privacy laws and regulations of the EEA.

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide any personal data to us.
