Credo of the Multi-Club Event Planner

As organizer:
1. I will respect the time and issues of other event planners.
2. I will solicit co-promotion only from planners I know are open to it.
3. I will ask for interest in an event concept early, before asking for commitment.
4. I will communicate requests and plans clearly and identically to all.
5. I will provide designed promotional materials for adaptation by my co-promoters.
As co-promoter:
1. I will respond in a timely manner to the organizer's and others' requests.
2. I will coordinate my efforts with the organizer and keep him well informed.
3. I will help the organizer build attendance estimates according to plan.
